It's about an old man and a young child trying to figure out why they are killing the children." No title nor official release date has been set, but Waters hopes to have it out next year.
Also speaking to Rolling Stone was Tool front man Maynard James Keenan and have gave somewhat of a status update on the prog-metal titans new album. He said, "I don't write the music. They write the music," he says of his bandmates. "I wait for them to bring music to me. They tend to go back over and over stuff. It's a long process. For a person like me, it can be a very tedious process." No release has been set, the last Tool studio album was 2006's 10,000 Days.
