At this past weekend's VMA's Beyonce showed off a little baby bump as she confirmed to the world that her and husband, Jay-Z are expecting a baby together. Since the announcement, sales of Beyonce's latest 4 have surged. Also confirmed is that Jay-Z, fresh off his Watch the Throne release with Kanye, is working on the follow-up to Blueprint 3.

The Strokes spoke to Daily Star this weekend at the Reading and Leeds festivals in England and confirmed they are working on the follow-up to this years release, Angles. Bassist Nikoli Fraiture said, "What we do on our own is not the same as what we do together. We're in a good place as a band right now. I feel like I'm at therapy in a marriage."

The Roots have recruited a new bassist after Owen Biddle bid the band he has been with since 2007 goodbye to pursue a solo career. The Roots now have Mark Kelley.

After a nasty breakup officially this year, New Order will release seven songs leftover from what was their final record, 2005's Waiting for the Sirens Call. Bassist Peter Hook tells Slicing Up Eyeballs that after working with Bernard Sumner and Stephen Morris on putting together the band's latest compilation, Total, they will put out these remaining tracks.
