Quick News

Neo-new wave festival favorites Phoenix have confirmed they are already working on the follow-up to last year's album, Bankrupt! No word as to when they will have the record released.

It has been rather quiet on the music front for Bright Eyes' Conor Oberst, but in a recent interview with Rolling Stone, the Omaha folk legend has confirmed he is in Nashville working on a new solo album. Oberst hopes to have it out later this year.

Tupac, Nas, The Beatles, all have one and now so will Beyonce. A university class on the iconic singer will be given at New Jersey's Rutgers University. The class called, ‘Politicizing Beyonce,’ will analyze American race, gender and sexuality through the star’s music. The class is set to begin in the fall.

Much like Banksy, British beatmaker Burial has kept his identity a secret to his fans and followers and only allowing his inner circle to know what he looks like or who he is. However, on Friday, taking to his label, Hyperdub's website, Burial unmasked himself and showed who he is. His name, William Emmanuel Bevan, has been out for sometime but not his face. In the post on Hyperdub's site, Burial also hinted that a full album could be arriving this year following last year's excellent Rival Dealer EP. Take a look at who Burial is below:
