LIVE PIX - Henry Rollins & Damien Echols at New York Public Library

As the Nor'Easter approached New York City on Wednesday night, the legendary Henry Rollins interviewed author and former Death Row inmate and West Memphis Three member, Damien Echols about his superb book, Life After Death.

Rollins, who has campaigned along with Eddie Vedder, Johnny Depp, and Natalie Maines to prove that Echols, along with Jessie Misskelly, Jr., and Jason Baldwin did not murder three young boys they were accused of killing in West Memphis, Arkansas, in 1993. In 2011, after 18 years behind bars, the West Memphis Three were released due to a complicated Alford Plea deal, in his book Echols explains the deal and how the three innocent men were able to walk out of prison and how he got off death row, but with a catch - they had to say they were guilty but could maintain their innocence. It is a story of how corrupt and unjust our justice system can be and a must read for every human being.

Here are some pictures of the event at the New York Public Library.

In 2009 we interviewed Henry Rollins, you can take a look at that interview HERE.
