Coldplay's Will Champion will have a cameo in the forthcoming season of Game of Thrones. Champion is the second musician to be featured in the forthcoming season, Snow Patrol's Gary Lightbody already filmed his cameo for season three.

It has been confirmed that Dave Grohl has rejoined Queens of the Stone Age and is drumming on the band's forthcoming new record. The album will be out sometime in 2013.

Delphic will release their new album, Collections, on January 28th in the UK and the following day in the US.

Bad Religion will release their new album, True North, on January 22.

Against Me! bassist Andrew Seward spoke to MTV Hive about the bands new album, Transgender Dysphoria Blues, which will arrive next year. Seward said, "I don’t know if ‘brutal’ is the right word, but it just sounds really fucking tough. We’re just a band who wants to absolutely destroy. We want our records to sound sonically and musically as good as humanly possible. We don’t want to put limitations on anything.” The album arrives next year.

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Roger Waters said he is "Absolutely determined to make another album." The former Pink Floyd bassist hopes to have it out next year and is tentatively called Heartland.

Atoms For Peace have confirmed that their debut album will be called AMOK and will be released in early 2013. The tracklisting for the much anticipated record which features Thom Yorke, Flea, and Nigel Goodrich is below:
