Taking to their website today, Beady Eye have confirmed they are working on the follow-up to their 2011 debut, Different Gear, Still Speeding. The band dropped bombshell news when they said they are working with producer and TV on the Radio multi-instrumentalist David Sitek. On their site, Beady Eye said, "Beady Eye have returned to the studio to start on the follow up to their 'Different Gear, Still Speeding' debut album released last year. Liam, Gem, Andy and Chris started sessions today with producer Dave Sitek... Release date is yet to be confirmed but the as yet untitled album will come out in 2013."

After 35 years together, various singers after the passing of the infamous Michael Hutchence and various line-up changes, Australian legends INXS have officially broken up. The band announced their split on stage in Perth, Australia, Sunday night.

Talib Kweli has disbanded his Blacksmith recording label and because of which, he will be releasing his new record in February instead of before the end of the year.

Dubstep supergroup Magnetic Man are hoping to court a big name for their new album. Member Benga told The Daily Star, "I couldn't believe we got John Legend on our first album, so now we think, 'Can you get me Eminem?"
