St. Lucia will release his debut, When the Night, in October.

Philadelphia's Man Man will release their new album, On Oniu Pond in September.

Speaking to Loud Wire, Tool drummer Danny Carey said fans can expect a new album from Tool in 2014. He said,"Right now, since we haven’t started tracking stuff at this point, it'll be hard. We could have the record finished by the end of the year – that's a possibility, but the logistics of getting it manufactured and getting the record company in line and all this stuff, I doubt we'll be able to get it out before Christmas. We'll see how it goes. Most likely, it'll be early 2014.”

Harvard University has announced a fellowship in hip-hop legend Nas' name. The W.E.B. Du Bois Institute at Harvard University and the Hip-Hop Archive announced the Nasir Jones Hip-Hop Fellowship. The goal of the fellowship is to provide chosen scholars and artists with an opportunity to show that “education is real power.” Nas said in a statement, “In my roller-coaster of a life, I've endured good and bad for sure, and I've truly been blessed to have achieved so much through art in my short life thus far. But I am immensely over-the-top excited about the Nasir Jones hip-hop fellowship at Harvard. From Queens, N.Y., to true cultural academia."
