Kasabian guitarist Jay Mehler has left the British rock band to join another Britrock band, Beady Eye. Mehler will play bass in Liam Gallagher's band after their bassist, former Gorillaz member, Jay Wooton left to pursue other projects.
Lamb of God's Randy Blythe has released his first statement following the acquittal in a Czech court this week which he stood trial for manslaughter. His simple statement was "I am leaving Prague. I hope not to return for a while."
