Long Island band Bayside will release their new album, Cult, in February.

New Jersey's Rutgers University will be offering a class in the theology of Bruce Springsteen's lyrics. The semester long class will look at the Biblical references from The Boss' lyrics. Rutgers is not the only New Jersey university to offer classes on Springsteen's work, Princeton University has a sociology class on Springsteen's America, Monmouth University has hosted symposiums his work.

After releasing two amazing singles over the summer, TV on the Radio took to Facebook to alert fans that they are in Brooklyn working on new material. The band said, "Time to let the cat out of the bag: We’re working on a new record. Right this very moment. Meow, y’all.”

After decades of living on the edge, 67-year-old Motorhead front man Lemmy Kilmister has been fitted with a pacemaker in order to continue living, working, and touring. Doctors have also instructed the singer to undergo a drastic lifestyle change in order to keep on going.

Manic Street Preachers have confirmed they will release their new album, Futurology next year.
