While this is not music related, news has broken out that comedy legend, Robin Williams has passed away at age 63 of an apparent suicide. Our thoughts go out to his family.

Speaking to U.S. radio station Fresh 102.7, Chris Martin has confirmed that Coldplay are already working on the follow-up to this summer's Ghost Stories and are working with Rihanna as well. The band and "Umbrella" singer teamed up in 2011 for the Brit rockers single, "Princess of China."

Next month, the video game Destiny will arrive in stores and a very familiar name has done the musical score. The famous name you make ask? Sir Paul McCartney. According to a New York Times report, Macca has been working on the score “for the last four years, on and off.”

Portishead will re-release their  1994 classic debut, Dummy, as a vinyl reissue later this year. The reissue comes to mark the 20th anniversary of the trip-hop landmark.

Taking to Instagram, Duran Duran have revealed that they are working on their 14th studio album and are working with Nile Rodgers and Mark Ronson for the upcoming LP. The album is tentatively stated to arrive in Spring of next year.

Before Fugazi released their first EP in 1988, the band had a cassette demo floating around the Washington D.C. area and within deep circles.  Now, for the first time since it's release the iconic D.C. post-hardcore band will reissue it on LP / CD / Digital this fall. The reissue will feature 10 songs and will be the final part of the first phase of Fugazi's live series on the Dischord label which started being loaded in 2011.
