A year ago the At The Drive-in reunion was in full effect and The Mars Volta had released what would be their final album together. Now, speaking for the first time since the Volta break-up and about the ATD-i reunion, guitarist Omar Rodriguez-Lopez spoke to Rolling Stone and claims that while Volta may be done, ATD-i may have a future. When asked by the magazine if the band was still active, Omar said, "We don't talk about it that way. It's there; we have possibilities. Everybody's doing something right now. Cedric has a record coming out, Tony and Jim in Sparta are doing stuff. We're just trying to feel again when the moment opens up where nothing is forced and nothing is an obligation."

Against Me! bassist Andrew Seward has quit the band. He left the band on amicable terms, this is the second member to quit the year after the band lost their drummer early in the year. Against Me! have been working on their new album, Transgender Dysphoria Blues, but no release has been set.

The 1975 released the cover to their new EP, IV, which arrives later this month. Take a look:

A year after the untimely passing, New York City dedicated a park in Brooklyn to the late Adam "MCA" Yauch of Beastie Boys. May he continue to rest in peace and be in our thoughts, hearts and minds forever. #MCAFOREVER
