Could we be getting a new Tribe Called Quest album? Epic Records CEO L.A. Reid told Rap Radar podcast that there will be a record from the influential hip-hop group with vocals from the late Phife Dawg that were recorded before his passing in March. Reid said: "You know what I'm excited about, though: A Tribe Called Quest. We have a Tribe Called Quest album coming. I'm really excited about that." Reid did not give any more details on the album or when it will be released. He said it is "very special" and will be coming "very soon." The last Tribe album was 1998's The Love Moment.

After singer Gord Downie was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer earlier this year, The Tragically Hip will perform their final concert tomorrow in Ontario. The concert will be streamed on CBC Music.

It unclear if it is going to be a full and proper album or another visual project.
