Quick News

Talib Kweli has announced that he and 9th Wonder will be working together on an collaborative album. No title nor release has been given.

Former Pantera singer Phil Anselmo has started a supergroup called Scour which features members of Pig Destroyer and Cattle Decapitation. Like the Kweli / 9th Wonder album, this has no release nor title.

Against Me! have confirmed that on October 8 they will enter the studio to begin work on their new album.

Speaking to NME, Royal Blood frontman Mike Kerr told the magazine that they have turned their tour bus into a "writing den" as they prep their sophomore album.  He said: "I built a studio in the back of our bus. It’s very hard to write when everything keeps falling over because the driver’s taken a massive corner. It was our writing den - we’d have Clint Eastwood movies playing with the volume down.”

Lauryn Hill may be releasing her follow-up to The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill sooner than we expect. Her producer, Phil Nicolo told Spin that she has built enough music to release a new album and closer than ever to releasing it.

At the end of the month, the soundtrack and debut album from Cuba's Buena Vista Social Club will arrive as a vinyl reissue and become available for the first time on vinyl since it's 1997 release.
