Bono has come out and given fans an update on the status of U2's next record. The legendary singer spoke to UK series The Late Late Show last week and said, "We've had the best three weeks in the studio since 1979." He also said the band were going to produce "something very special," on the follow-up to 2009's No Line on the Horizon.

Lupe Fiasco has given a release date to Food and Liquor 2, Fiasco's fourth album will arrive September 25.
