Nirvana Get Hall of Fame Induction, Play St. Vitus

THE TIME HAS COME! The Hatchet Has Been Buried! Last night at Brooklyn's Barclays Center, Nirvana were inducted into The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame by Michael Stipe. On hand were the late Kurt Cobain's family, the surviving members of Nirvana, and Cobain's widow Courtney Love.

After years of feuding with her late husband's former bandmates, Love buried the hatchet with Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic and hugged the two on stage. After their induction, Nirvana then played with a slew of special guests filling in for Cobain like Joan Jett, Kim Deal, Lorde, St. Vincent, and others on stage at Barclays.

Then, after the Barclays gig in downtown Brooklyn, nearly everyone in Nirvana's camp and their guests loaded into the Northside of Brooklyn to play at the 350 capacity St. Vitus in Greenpoint. Take a look at the video of the Barclays and St. Vitus gigs below, as well as their speeches.

The entire Hall of Fame induction ceremony will air on HBO next month.
