Quick News

Speaking to Billboard, RZA has confirmed that there will be a Wu-Tang Clan biopic. He said: " Yes [there will be a Wu Tang Clan movie], but it's not easy. I've been having conversations with some people, so we'll see if that's something we can tie together. I think it would be a blessing for American culture. It is really an against the odds story. You're talking about guys with felonies on their records, you know what I mean? Not that that's something to brag about, but that's something to understand: When I was growing up they said that a black man in America would be dead or in jail by 25, especially if he doesn't have a high school diploma. But we didn't become the statistic. I think it’s important to understand that there is a way out; determination and focus can beat the odds."

Lars Ulrich spoke to Rolling Stone and confirmed that the new Metallica record is almost done. He said: "I’d say it's mostly done. There are all these other responsibilities that have to be taken care of. Life in Metallica these days is not only about making a record; it's about these things and we played a show at AT&T Park and he does this, I do this. We have all these sort of different things that we turn to. But the record gets worked on where there's absolutely nothing else going on.... The record is well on its way. It may come out any century now, actually. There's a saying: where there's life, there's hope."
