Sigur Ros will head on tour next year where they will debut and road test new material of their upcoming album and unreleased material. The band said in a statement: "all we can say right now is it’s going to be different, with new unreleased songs, a new show and maybe some other *new* things. beyond that, we can only ask you to trust us on this one."

Wu-Tang Clan have sold their rare album, Once Upon a Time in Shaolin, for reported 'millions' to an undisclosed buyer. The only catch is that it can only be heard 88 years from now. 

De La Soul have finished their fan funded album, And the Anonymous Nobody, it will be out in April.

British band Flowers will release their sophomore album, Everybody is Dying to Meet You in February.

Speaking to fans on Dimestore Saints, Gaslight Anthem's Brian Fallon discussed his upcoming solo album and said: "It is a lot more work to record and write your own record and do everything, thank God I had Butch, who plays a ton of instruments I can’t play. When I went into this I wanted it to have energy at times but not sound like Gaslight, which is tough because it’s my songs in both." The record is out in January.
