Quick News

Coldplay's Chris Martin spoke to BBC Radio 1 about their new single and upcoming album, A Head Full of Dreams and says the record is much more upbeat than last year's Ghost Stories. Martin said: "It's the sound of us being free and happy and very grateful to be in our group."

Hounded by Oasis reunion questions, Noel Gallagher told Esquire that he has his next five years planned and has no desire to really get everyone back together. The singer and guitarist said: ""Ten years from now, if I wake up one morning and go, 'You know what? I think I'm going to do it,' I can guarantee you, just for spite, Liam would say, 'Oh, no, I’m not keen.' Because that’s the way shit works. I can only tell you I’ve already got the next five years planned out. So it’s not going to happen in the next five years. Who knows what circumstances might be thrown up in the future? But, certainly, it’s not even on the horizon. Not even on the horizon."

Taking to Twitter, Jake Bugg has confirmed that his third album is "almost done." No release date has been set.
