Surfer Blood have taken to social media to confirm that their new album is finished. No details on a title or a release date were given.

Radiohead's Thom Yorke has spent the last two days tweeting cryptic photos with everything ranging from a record on a player to drafts of lyrics. Though, while teasing fans, he did confirm the band are currently in the studio working on new music.

Sahara band Tinairwen will release a new EP, Inside / Outside: Joshua Tree Sessions in November.

Speaking to NME, Ryan Adams said he will release his long lost album, Blackhole, next year and he might possibly do it on Record Store Day.

CJ Ramone will release his new album, Last Chance to Dance in November.

Team Sleep, the other side-project of Deftones' Chino Moreno are in the studio for the first time in nearly a decade working on their sophomore album. The band are recording their album in Woodstock, New York, while no word has been given on the release of the album, many are speculating next year to mark the 10th anniversary of their debut.

The Replacements recently spoke to Rolling Stone about their current reunion and the possibility of making new music. The music magazine has now published that "the Replacements say they'll likely make an album at some point in the future." They've written a handful of songs." The band have not released a record in 24 years. No word on a release date.
