Are Foxygen calling it quits? The psychedelic rockers have had a brief but critically acclaimed career and announce that their upcoming tour will be their last.  No word if this means they are retiring from the road or packing it in all together.

Tool haven't released a record in nine years, 2006's 10,000 Days. Last year it was reported that the band were involved in a hefty lawsuit with their insurers, which a new judge sided in favor of the band, and illness sidelined a new record. Now, guitarist Adam Jones told Yahoo! that the band hope to have their latest record out later this year. He said, "Some of it's really heavy, some of it's complex and some is more atmospheric, but it's definitely Tool. I think having this lawsuit out of the way should really speed of the progress of getting the album done."

Taking to Facebook, The Living End confirmed they are working on their new album.
